For errors: Every question in Freckle has been reviewed multiple times, so there shouldn't be any question errors. If you find a question that you believe is worded or scored incorrectly, we ask that you do the following:

Please double check that there is, in fact, an error. Some questions are pretty tricky!
If you can, take a picture or screenshot of the question.
If you can't take a picture, write down as much of the question text as you can.
Send the image or the question text to our Support center. (Accepted file types: pdf, png, jpg, docx; maximum file size: 25 MB.)

For bugs: Please submit a Support ticket.
